So we’ve already talked about two tips, not just for losing weight, but leading a leading a healthy lifestyle. Tip number three, When eating make sure you eat the low calorie foods first. Why is this? Because they have larger volume. Do you know one of the ways for losing weight is having soup? I love this, soups are filling, they are great for winter. We are just leaving winter, So they give you a warm feeling. Also by the time you finish your soup or large salad, you’re kind of full that means that you won’t eat as much beans or rice, brown rice is good, but you don’t want to eat three cups. You want to eat half a cup, why because they are denser foods. It will help you just balance everything out. And then when eating protein, remember that you want to eat the size of your palm without your fingers twice a day. If you do that and you start your lunch and dinner with a large salad or a cup of soup, you’ll do so much better.

Tip number two, never skip breakfast. I know, I know we are always in a hurry, yet it is very important to distribute the calories throughout the day. Do you remember about not eating during the day and binging at night. It doesn’t need to be a huge breakfast, but eat your protein, it can be yogurt, it can be egg whites, it can be a piece of chicken ham. Just eat your protein, that way you will not feel as hungry. It’s customary for breakfast to have our donut or sweet. Remember the first fuel our bodies use up is sugar. So if you combine that carbohydrate with a protein, you will notice that you won’t get as hungry.
