Persimmons are in season, there are two varities that you’ll see. One is the heart shaped Hachiya and the other is the flat-shaped fuyu. I prefer the fuyu because it has a less astringent taste and it’s easier to eat raw. Either way you’ll get a lot of vitamin c, b-12 or riboflavin and fiber
