It’s a great way to help your body rejuvenate. 2. Take a vacation. A great way for your mind to rejuvenate. 3. Have more sex. Need I say more. 4. Have a little dark chocolate everyday and tap into those cancer preventing antioxidants. 5. Go out with friends. Regular social contact is excellent for a person’s sense of well-being. 6. Have a little fat. Make it the monounsaturated kind like that in olive oil, avocados, seeds and nuts.
